About Teo Gebert

Teo Gebert grew up in a creative family, where he always aspired to be involved in the creative arts. He trained as an actor upon leaving high school at The Ensemble Theatre with Hayes Gordon, The Atlantic Theatre Company and ATYP. He has been involved numerous projects in theatre, television, film, live show and radio productions and has always enjoyed the unique challenges and opportunities of engaging different audiences. 

Most notably, Teo has been a regular and beloved presenter on
ABC’s Play School for the past 20 years. This role has brought many other opportunities, including Nursery Rhyme News Time, Little Ted's Big Adventures, Story Salad on ABC radio and of course the live Play School shows - Teo has performed in over 1000 live Play School shows right across Australia.

That’s a lot of singing and storytelling! And now Teo wants to come and read in childcare centres to reach a smaller audience, tailoring to the kids needs for an interactive and fun learning experience.
